(54) Dispozitiv şi metodă pentru osteosinteza

mandibulei

(57) Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la

chirurgia maxilo-facială şi este destinată pen-

tru osteosinteza mandibulei.

Dispozitivul pentru osteosinteza mandibulei

constă dintr-o tijă metalică cilindrică cu o

lungime de 3…4 cm şi diametrul de 0,2 cm,

ambele capete ale căreia la o distanţă de 0,5

cm de la margine sunt încovoiate în formă

de U sub un unghi de 90°.

Metodă de osteosinteză a mandibulei constă

în aceea că se efectuează o incizie a pielii cu

2,0 cm mai jos de baza mandibulei, se mobili-

zează fragmentele osoase fracturate, la o dis-

tanţă de 1,0 cm de la marginea fiecărui frag-

ment fracturat se efectuează câte un orificiu,

apoi la baza fragmentelor osoase fracturate

se efectuează o adâncitură de 2…3 cm cu

lăţimea de 0,2 cm, la capetele căreia în

direcţia axei verticale a mandibulei se efec-

tuează câte un canal cu adâncimea de 0,5

cm şi lăţimea de 0,2 cm, după care se reduc

fragmentele osoase, în adâncitura şi cana-

lele executate în mandibulă se aplică dispo-

zitivul definit în revendicarea 1, iar fragmen-

tele osoase se imobilizează cu ajutorul unui

fir metalic întins prin orificiile executate.

(57) The invention relates to medicine, in particu-

lar to oral surgery and is intended for jaw

osteosynthesis.

The device for jaw osteosynthesis consists of

a cylindrical metal rod of a length of 3…4 cm

and a diameter of 0.2 cm, both ends of which

at a distance of 0.5 cm from the edge are

curved in the form of U at an angle of 90°.

The method for jaw osteosynthesis consists

in that is carried out a skin incision 2.0 cm

below the base of the jaw, are mobilized the

fractured bone fragments, at a distance of

1.0 cm from the edge of each fractured frag-

ment is made a hole, then at the base of

fractured bone fragments is made a recess

of 2…3 cm of a width of 0.2 cm, at the ends

of which in the direction of the vertical axis of

the jaw is made a channel of a depth of 0.5

cm and a width of 0.2 cm, afterwards the

bone fragments are reduced, in the recess

and channels made in the jaw is used the

device claimed in claim 1, and bone frag-

ments are immobilized by means of a metal

wire stretched across the holes made.

(54) Устройство и метод для остеосинтеза

челюсти

(57) Изобретение относится к медицине, в ча-

стности к челюстно-лицевой хирургии и

предназначено для остеосинтеза челюсти.

Устройство для остеосинтеза челюсти со-

стоит из цилиндрического металлического

прутка длиной 3…4 см и диаметром 0,2 см,

оба конца которого на расстоянии 0,5 см

от края изогнуты в виде U под углом 90°.

Метод остеосинтеза челюсти состоит в

том, что осуществляют разрез кожи на 2,0

см ниже основания челюсти, мобилизуют

переломанные костные фрагменты, на

расстоянии 1,0 см от края каждого пере-

ломанного фрагмента выполняют по от-

верстию, затем у основания переломан-

ных костных фрагментов выполняют уг-

лубление 2…3 см шириной 0,2 см, по кон-

цам которого, по направлению вертикаль-

ной оси челюсти выполняют по каналу

глубиной 0,5 см и шириной 0,2 см, после

чего костные фрагменты вправляют, в

выполненные в челюсти углубление и ка-

налы применяют устройство, заявленное

в пункте формулы 1, а костные фрагмен-

ты иммобилизируют при помощи метал-

лической нити, протянутой через выпол-

ненные отверстия.
